Who is that?

So as I travel around, one of the few parts that actually sucks is leaving Jean Luc behind. Oh, he loves it - he stays with friends that walk him all the time, or with friends that have doggie friends of his, or at "camp" (a daycare place he loves so much that he's practically leaping from the car before we park there). So he's a happy pup.

But I'm not! I miss my woofer, my four-legged son, my furry quadruped.

So, in honor of missing him, here's an awesome event that happened a few months ago. For some reason I was looking at old pictures, and this one came up.

It's the picture that was on Petfinder.com, where we adopted him. Jean Luc jumped up and stared at the screen - surprising since he never watches TV or looks at pictures otherwise.

Does he know that's him? Or does he just see a dog?

We tried a couple other pictures until he got bored...the reaction wasn't the same as the first two pictures but it was still so cute!

Then, our 60 lb lapdog climbed onto my lap, and chilled.

And I mean chilled.

Ah, I feel better. Warm and fuzzy.
