Pushtrack and off to Placid!

Well, tonight we fly out to Lake Placid, for the "semi-finals" of US Skeleton Team Trials. Summer training has gone pretty well, and now we're just going to have to hope it all comes together! Wish us luck!

Our last day of actual sprinting - Brad looks GREAT but I got to sit on a softball to ease a siezed up adductor/hamstring, sigh, feeling so frustrated since I wanted to try my new pink and gold track spikes!
